When you contact AVCT, we may collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, training interests, participant estimates, preferred timeline and the information you include in your message or training brief.

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand training requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate programmes, maintain enquiry records, improve our services and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations.
3. How information is received
Information may be provided through the AVCT website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings, programme forms or correspondence with your organisation.
4. Disclosure and service providers
AVCT may share relevant information with authorised staff, programme facilitators, institutional partners or service providers when necessary to assess or deliver your request. We do not sell personal data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
5. Storage, security and retention
AVCT takes reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, engagement, record-keeping or legal purpose.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps or institutional websites are governed by those services' own privacy practices. AVCT's website currently uses essential functionality required to operate forms and pages; this notice will be updated before non-essential tracking is introduced.
